Account and access guide

A clear start
for your business.

A preview of the planned account and access model.

The Customer Hub is being prepared. Sign-in, account creation, team invitations and trial requests are not available yet.

01 / Planned step

How sign-in will work

In the planned Customer Hub, each person will begin with their name and email address, follow the verification message, then establish a password from the fresh password-setup link sent to the verified address. The password entered before verification will not become the working password.

Sign-in will need an email address you can access. An invited person will use the address the invitation was sent to.

02 / Planned step

How customer accounts will work

A sign-in identity will belong to one person. A customer account will hold a team’s memberships and product access. A business starting here will create a customer account; an invited person will accept the invitation using the email address it was sent to.

An invitation will join a customer account. It will not approve a trial or grant product access.

03 / Planned step

How identity security will work

Account security will let each person set up an authenticator and review their sessions. Owners will need a fresh password and authenticator check for sensitive team changes. Recovery codes will need to be kept somewhere private and accessible.

Each teammate will sign in with their own identity. Do not share passwords or recovery codes.

04 / Planned step

How team invitations will work

Team setup will be optional. An account owner will be able to invite teammates as members or owners. Members will review their account and product status; owners will manage invitations and access requests.

A business that already has an account will add teammates by invitation rather than creating another account for the same team.

05 / Planned step

How product access will work

For Spurmont Works, an account owner will be able to submit a 90-day trial request with the business name and intended use. Spurmont will review the request. Approval will prepare access; the trial will start when the product connection is ready. Package purchases are not available yet.

The Hub will show pending, approved, active, suspended and expired states separately. Restarting an approved trial will not be possible; suspension will not reset its original dates.

06 / Working together

Who will take care of what?

Each person will have their own identity and security settings. A role will apply to the customer account selected in the Hub.

Account owners

Owners will manage people, send or revoke invitations, and submit or withdraw trial requests. Each account will keep at least one active owner, and owners will confirm their identity before sensitive team changes.

Account members

Members will review the selected account’s product status and access history, and will ask an owner to manage invitations or submit a commercial request. Being a member will not itself grant product access.

Spurmont will approve trial requests and confirm purchases; customer account owners and members will not approve them. The 1–50 employee audience describes who Spurmont is designed for; it is not a published seat limit or package term.
